This policy explains what personal data NOPI collects through this website, why, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible
NOPI SARL-S, 21, rue du Puits Romain, L-8070 Bertrange, Luxembourg. Email: info@nopilabs.com
What we collect and why
- Contact form: your name, email address, company (if you give it) and message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to prepare and manage that work. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are served from our own server, not from third parties. WordPress may set technical cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work, for example when an administrator is signed in.
How long we keep data
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Data related to a client project is kept for as long as the law requires, for example for accounting purposes.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. It is stored with our hosting provider (GoDaddy), which may process it outside the European Union under the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it, by writing to the email above. You can also complain to the Luxembourg data protection authority, the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), at cnpd.public.lu.
